  1. Haploview software was used to construct haplotypes from population genotype data and to assess possible difference in their distribution. The distribution of NFKBIA promoter haplotypes differed significantly between subgroups of GD subjects stratified by the presence of clinically evident ophthalmopathy (p = 0.003).
