Box-and-whisker plots, representing the expression of COX-2 gene in the studied groups (FNAB, post-surgical tissues). The results are calculated as RQ values. Whiskers represent median and minimum and maximum values for particular groups. Boxes represent lower quartile and upper quartile. The results were statistically analyzed, using Man-Whitney U test (p < 0.05).
